Job Description
Tech Stack:
Kotlin / Javalin
React / Recoil
others: RDS/ Docker / nomad / terraform/ Github / Github Actions/ Jira/ E2E using Cypress and serverside testing including DB

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Agile development aiming for autonomous teams and scrum
- Responsible for everything from problem analysis/policy consideration/design/implementation/delivery according to your wishes
- We actively introduce/replace new technologies and frequently try out new OSS etc
- In addition depending on the individuals wishes they may also be involved in recruitment activities public relations activities and team/organizational development
Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for digitalization and education
- More than 1 year of experience in web application development
- 1 years of experience in backend development of SPA or mobile native apps
- Extensive experience in web application development
- Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and databases
- Extensive knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Business level or higher Japanese communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience working at a startup
- Strong autonomy in work
- Have an outstanding track record in competitive programming (AtCoder: Blue or above)
- Experience with modern languages/frameworks (Golang Java serverside Kotlin etc.)
- Agile/Scrum software development experience
