Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support data center operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure. Training will be provided to develop skills in data center operations networking and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup maintenance and monitoring of data center infrastructure
- Support server network and storage management
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Learn and implement IT security and compliance standards
- Document processes and maintain system records
- Work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth IT operations
Qualifications:
Required:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or related field
- Basic understanding of networking servers or cloud computing
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Fluent in Japanese and businesslevel English
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows servers networking concepts or cloud platforms (AWS Azure)
- Internship or project experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
