Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with 2 years of relevant experience to manage and oversee the pipeline of projects primarily focused on Web development UI/UX and branding. Efficiently managing tasks and deadlines with a keen eye on project profitability and Client communication and account handling. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and to highquality standards. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients making organizational communication and leadership skills essential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and close projects according to deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate between design development teams and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Define project scope timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain strong client relationships providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Facilitate crossteam collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all project outputs.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in project coordination preferably with Upwork projects.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Design Science or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of graphic design UI/UX and CMS development.
- Strong skills in crossteam and client coordination.
- Proficiency in establishing project timelines and managing scope changes.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and sound judgment.
- Selfmotivated able to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Flexibility patience and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

- Shift: 8PM to 5AM (Night)
- Location: PECHS Block 06 Shahrah e Faisal Karachi.
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Employment Type: Fulltime onsite
