Job Description:
- Delivering exceptional customer service support to a variety of environments
- Providing support for a mix of servers workstations applications and Microsoft 365 environments
- Liaise with a range of users suppliers software and hardware vendors to ensure an optimal outcome for our clients
- Ensure endtoend ownership on support requests providing regular updates to stakeholders until resolution
- Ensuring all actions and resolutions are documented within our ticketing system
- Contribute to the upkeep of client documentation and knowledge base articles to for common issues
- Escalate to senior team members/leaders when required
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an IT Support Role
- A minimum of 1 years in a Managed Service Provider environment
- Preferably someone with security experience such as monitoring alerts
- Preferred Tools: ThreatLocker Nable MSP tools
- Excellent communication skills: can perform proper probing and isolation and client care.
Proficient in the following technologies:
- Office 365 / Azure
- Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory RDS
- VOIP Telephony
A general understanding of technical infrastructure including firewalls and networking as well as virtualisation.
- Experience using ticketing Systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professionally presented
- Customercentric approach
- Excellent time management
- Have the ability to work and perform under pressure in timecritical scenarios
- Ability to work autonomously and selfmanage priorities and responsibilities
Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
