Your Role
We are seeking a resultsdriven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on enhancing our online presence through effective website management SEO strategies paid campaign execution and competitive analysis. If you are passionate about digital marketing and datadriven decisionmaking we d love to hear from you.
- Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research onpage/offpage optimization and performance tracking.
- Plan implement and analyze paid campaigns on LinkedIn Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends assess competitor strategies and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between campaigns and messaging strategies.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Assist with other marketing responsibilities such as content creation and event management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in website management SEO paid advertising and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager and SEO software (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration ability.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
