Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Project Manager with expertise in managing projects related to Salesforce and related technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management CRM systems and data management tools with a focus on delivering highquality solutions within scope time and budget.
- This role requires excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills to effectively manage crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring all deliverables meet project objectives and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Plan and manage project timelines budgets and resources using project management tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate with development teams to implement Salesforce solutions including Classic and Lightning components.
- Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of Salesforce Flow Builder Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
- Manage integrations with tools such as Pardot TargetX CRM (Ascent and Validity for Data Management) and Form Assembly.
- Drive effective use of Banner ERP and Axiom Elite systems within project deliverables.
- Utilize preferred technologies such as Informatica Cloud Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate data management and reporting tools like Common App and Argos for comprehensive project documentation and analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and address concerns.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and adjust plans to achieve optimal results.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 05 experience in project management preferably in CRM systems or technology implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Flow Builder Visualforce Lightning Web Components Apex programming and Pardot.
- Tools and Systems: Experience with TargetX CRM Validity for Data Management Banner ERP Axiom Elite and Form Assembly.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Informatica Cloud Common App Tableau Argos and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
