Senior IT Projects Engineer Level 3 Technical Support
A growing MSP Microsoft Partner company based in Dublin has an exciting career opportunity opening up for an experienced Senior IT Projects Engineer L3.
The client this year has signed up a record number of new clients with further client acquisition planned for this year. As a result this new role has opened for an experienced Senior IT Projects Technical Support Engineer from an MSP background who has a track record of working on client projects and migrations.
This role will allow you to work on an interesting array of new client projects such as migrations and upgrades with a guaranteed career progression roadmap.
We need someone who is coming from an MSP/Microsoft Partner background who is already a Senior Technical Support Engineer with good experience working on clientfacing projects knows Microsoft products and is up for a new career challenge.
Requirements
Key experience for the IT Project Technical Support Level 3 Engineer role:
- You must have MSP or Microsoft Partner experience
- You are already a Senior IT Support Engineer L3 or a solid L2 who is ready to jump up to being a full Level 3.
- You have at proven experience on client projects such as migrations
- Microsoft 365 Administration / O365
- Active Directory
- MS Endpoint Manager Intune management
- Azure
- Server Migration
- Windows Server
- DNS management
- VLAN configuration and management
- Exchange Configuration and management
- SharePoint configuration and Management
- Microsoft Exam Certifications
- Excellent Client facing experience on projects & good communication
- Legal to work in Ireland & located commutable to North Dublin
