For all the eight websites in India
Uploading managing and monitoring clients web banners on websites and newsletters
Maximising web banner visibility by running Google Ads campaigns to ensure optimal engagement with clients target audience
Regularly generating banner reports on a weekly basis for maximizing outcomes and making datadriven decisions
Deploying clients emailers and if need be customising creatives as per the brief and managing to deliver the desired emailer reports
Running clientbased paid campaigns on social media platforms like LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram
Updating the editorial team on weekly basis with their respective website performance and we chart out the best practices that can increase website visitors
Creating digital proposals based on our clients unique needs and update digital campaigns on CRM
For the ITP India events:
Developing microsites on Zoho Backstage with all the event details and maintaining it with regular updates like speaker updates agenda updates etc.
Managing the backend paid and nonpaid registrations
Sending daily reports to the delegates acquisition team to track the number and quality of delegates
Developing eventbased content for social media & EDM campaigns and execute it to ensure maximum engagement with industry audience
Running eventbased paid campaigns on LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram to promote events and reach the target audience
Updating event promotional web banner on the respective magazine s website and newsletter to ensure maximum visibility and engagement
Creating post event reports and uploading post event videos on YouTube channels which act as a document to explain the quality of discussion grandeur of the event and effectiveness of digital campaigns for prospective clients
