Job Description
We at The Works believe in fostering creativity innovation and collaboration to bring inspiring and impactful ideas to life. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Art Director to join our creative team. As a Junior Art Director the member will work closely with our Art Director and other team members to conceptualise and execute visually compelling ideas for a wide range of campaigns and projects. You ll bring fresh ideas and a passion for design helping to elevate our brand and engage our audiences across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Art Director designers and copywriters to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various marketing campaigns including digital print and social media.

Assist in creating and executing highquality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to help bring our clients visions to life.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring quality consistency and adherence to project timelines.

Review and refine design drafts making improvements based on feedback from team members and clients.

Stay updated on design trends industry standards and new techniques and incorporate these insights into your work.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Art Advertising or a related field.

13 years of experience in a creative role preferably within an agency or inhouse creative team.

Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work and a keen eye for design typography and layout.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
