Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences for accommodations.
- Research and book hotel stays ensuring the best options based on budget location and amenities.
- Handle modifications or cancellations efficiently maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on trends in hospitality hotel promotions and travel deals.
- Provide personalized recommendations to clients drawing on your expertise in accommodations and destinations.
Client Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique travel styles.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

Travel Planning & Destination Expertise:

Remote Work:

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology including online booking platforms and email.
- Passion for travel and hospitality.
- Previous experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus but not required.
