Job Description: Automation Developer
Job Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement automation solutions tailored to meet client needs in the BPO sector.
- Utilize programming languages and frameworks including VBA Python C# and Selenium for web automation tasks.
- Enhance existing processes by developing scripts and using automation tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of automation scripts to ensure performance reliability and scalability.
- Maintain documentation of automation processes and provide technical support to endusers as required.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and integrate prompt engineering and generative AI solutions as appropriate.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining highquality standards.
Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in automation development preferably within the BPO industry.
- Proficiency in automation tools and programming languages (VBA Python C# Selenium).
- Strong database knowledge including SQL Oracle and NoSQL database systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Access Word and PowerPoint.
Desired Experience
- Experience leading automation projects from inception to execution demonstrating effective project management skills.
- Proven analytical problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement and team management within a corporate environment.

This position is based in Cape Town South Africa.
