Create specialized reporting for management
Report on any payroll discrepancies
Handle employees inquiries regarding payroll information
Process new hires terminations salary increases etc. in the payroll and ERP system in a timely manner
Process registrations with state/local municipalities as needed
Assist HR/Benefit Operations team with other tasks as needed
Process out of cycle payments for state mandated payments terminations etc
Provide backup support to other Payroll Administrators as required
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications :
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 58 years work experience including payroll processing
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Excellent Excel skills including working with large amounts of data and pivot tables
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Deep understanding of the state and federal payroll laws and regulations
The ability to problem solve and research issues independently
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality
Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
