Job Description
- Prepare and cook highquality dishes in line with the schools menus and standards.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daytoday kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean organized and compliant kitchen environment adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are incorporated.
- Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.
Qualifications :
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification as a minimum level 2
- Successful progressive background in catering
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
- Good listening skills
