Job Type: Part Time
Hourly Rate: 13.50 per hour
Hours: minimum of 12 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and guests as they arrive providing a warm welcome and assisting with seating arrangements.
- Ensure all guests are seated quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the offering is communicated accurately to the guests.
- Monitor event activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the frontofhouse area back of house area including the dining room.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism hospitality and guest service at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience within a event environment
- Previous experience within a members establishment (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to act with initiative
- Supportive team player
- Confidence to interact with key clients members and guests
