Job Description
Position Overview
Were looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well including ingredients and cooking techniques to help guests with their choices.
- Presentation: Serve dishes with style pour wine accurately and create memorable dining moments.
- Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
- Upselling: Recommend featured items drinks and wine pairings to enhance guests experiences.
- Stay Cool: Handle highpressure situations calmly professionally and refer them to the line manager if necessary.
Hours per week: 45
Qualifications :
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food beverage and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management
