As a Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining highquality service standards across all departments.
Qualifications :
* Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
* Minimum 4 5 years of experience in hotel operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
* Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
