Job Description
Role Overview:
Were looking for a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer III with 34 years of handson experience to join our team. The right person will have solid experience with Node.js/Nest.js for backend development and Next.js for frontend development. If you enjoy creating scalable applications and working in a teamoriented environment wed love to hear from you.
Level: L3 Associate/ IC
Location: Fully onsite in Bahria Town Phase VIII Islamabad

Tasks
1. Backend Development:
- Design develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Implement robust and secure serverside logic to power web applications.
- Optimize performance for scalability and reliability.
2. Frontend Development:
- Build and maintain highly interactive and responsive web interfaces using Next.js and React.js.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
3. Database Management:
- Work with relational (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB/ Firebase Firestore) databases.
- Design efficient schemas and write optimized queries.
4. Integration:
- Integrate thirdparty APIs and services into web applications.
- Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend.
5. Collaboration:
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups and retrospectives.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including QA Product and UI/UX designers.
6. Code Quality & Review:
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Requirements
- 34 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Nest.js with experience in creating APIs and middleware.
- Strong expertise in Next.js React.js and modern CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind CSS).
- Handson experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Git and working with platforms like GitHub.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Strong problemsolving skills excellent communication and a proactive attitude.
