2. Position Summary
As a Product Manager at Metrikflow you will play a central role in defining and driving the roadmap of our products. You will collaborate closely with the founders and with crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering design marketing and salesto deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and advance our vision. The ideal candidate is customercentric datadriven and thrives in an agile fastpaced environment. Ideally you have worked in sustainability/metricsdriven software companies before.
Tasks
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Product Requirements: Write customer stories and product requirements files for the engineering team.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research user interviews and competitive analysis to understand customer needs.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Feature Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog using datadriven decisionmaking.
- Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
Experience: 35 years of product management experience in SaaS or technology industries. (Experience in climate is a plus)
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters is a plus).
Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g. Jira Trello or Asana).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge in Climate (ESG) Carbon Footprint is a plus.
Knowledge: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of data analytics platforms.
Soft Skills: Adaptability creativity and a passion for technology and innovation.
