To strengthen our team we are looking for you from: Ab sofort as Regional Director of Technical Service International (m/f/d).
As Regional Director of Technical Service International (m/f/d) your tasks include
As Regional Director of Technical Service International (m/f/d) you will oversee the technical operations and maintenance of multiple international hotel properties. You are responsible for ensuring that all technical standards are met maintaining facility efficiency and managing largescale renovation and maintenance projects. You work closely with hotel managers and technical teams onsite to ensure the consistent quality and safety of all technical operations.
- Manage technical operations and maintenance across multiple international locations ensuring compliance with quality safety and technical standards
- Lead and support local technical teams providing guidance in facility maintenance energy management and emergency protocols
- Plan implement and monitor renovation and maintenance projects ensuring that budgets and timelines are met
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure the highest operational standards
- Collaborate with hotel managers and other departments to ensure technical support aligns with operational needs and guest satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Analyze and optimize energy consumption across all properties to support environmental and costefficiency goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on technical performance project progress and any compliance issues
Your profile with which you inspire us
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Facility Management or a related field
- Extensive experience in technical management or engineering ideally in the hospitality or hotel sector with a focus on multisite operations
- Strong project management skills including experience with budgeting planning and execution of technical projects
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams across diverse locations
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to implement innovative and efficient solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical management software
- Fluent in English and Dutch German skills are highly beneficial
- Willingness to travel internationally
Ideally already experience as Regional Director of Technical Service International (m/f/d).
