Job Description
Position Title: Senior Manager Enterprise Data Analytics
Compensation: $140000 $180000 (1020% performance bonus)
Duration: FullTime
Location: Onsite in Houston TX

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Analytics to lead a highperforming analytics team within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on driving strategic decisionmaking through datadriven insights while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors in Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Analytics Business Analytics or equivalent experience required.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise data analytics with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in the healthcare industry is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Tableau (preferred) Power BI or Qlik.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and Excel.
- Experience with data platforms like Snowflake Hadoop or Vertica.
- Proficiency in statistical and data science tools including R Python or SAS.
- Solid understanding of data visualization ETL processes and database management.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Tableau capabilities including server management and core data oversight.
- Proficiency in data preparation tools such as Alteryx or Talend.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and HIPAA compliance standards.
