Job Description
We are hiring an Intake Coordinator for one of our clients in Philadelphia PA.
Job Description:
Functions as the coordinator of various sitebased access to care initiatives including liaising between health services staff and custody staff coordinating services across multiple health service areas and assisting to monitor and speed patient traffic in the assigned facility.
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- Manages daily processes related to the collection and documentation of patient appointment refusals
- Conducts hourly rounds of intake area to monitor patient flow in services areas and report barriers to site leaders.
- Assists in collecting and managing data related to access to care initiatives as assigned
- Ensures appropriate security measures are followed as outlined by the facility and necessary data is tracked.
- Obtains refusals from the patients who are refusing to be seen.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication time management and organization skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.
Work hours:
- Shift: PA Shift
- 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Meal: 60 minutes
Notes:
- 60 minutes lunch break
