Position Title: Project Manager Real Estate Investments

Key Responsibilities
-
Project Site Coordination:
-
Serve as the primary liaison between project sites and external/internal stakeholders.
-
Coordinate with various agencies contractors and vendors to ensure timely project progress.

Regularly monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables.

Escrow and NOC Management:
-
Ensure efficient management of escrow accounts in compliance with regulatory norms.
-
Coordinate with legal and financial teams for timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

Business Plan Development and Implementation:
-
Assist in developing detailed business plans for real estate investments.
-
Ensure alignment of project execution with the approved business plans.

Reporting and Presentations:
-
Prepare quarterly reports on project progress financials and other key metrics for top management.

Deliver presentations to stakeholders including investment updates and compliance tracking.

Stakeholder Communication:
-
Maintain clear and proactive communication with investors consultants and senior management.
-
Address projectrelated queries and provide regular updates.

Risk Management and Compliance:
-
Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
-
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and fund objectives.
