Job Description: Admin Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Admin Executive to provide essential administrative support to our team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling general office tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problemsolver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
- Maintain and manage executive calendars scheduling meetings appointments and events.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings including scheduling preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle general office tasks such as filing photocopying and mail distribution.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodations.
- Communication:
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and documents.
Qualification: Any Computer Hardware and Networking or Diploma Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preference given to candidates with experience in Computer AMC Service Providers) Skills Required: Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software issues Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
