Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes across various stations per standard recipes.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality presentation and portion standards.
- Maintain food hygiene safety and cleanliness during service.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and assist with stock control.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation safety standards and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
