Job Description

Responsibilities :
Design and create modern innovative endtoend user experiences for new and existing products.
Analyze map and optimize user flow.
Develop new approaches to complex interface and UX problems and convey these designs in the form of presentations prototypes and design specifications.
Advocate and contribute to the maturing of UI/UX design disciplines at the team and company level.
Use business requirements user research and user feedback to assist in developing scenarios use cases and highlevel requirements.
Design conceptual sketches wireframe information architecture highfidelity mockups and interaction specifications.
Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
Develop and maintain detailed design patterns that scale for your team and influence other designers.
Understand and respond to data (metric tests usability studies) using that to inform future design.
Requirements
2 years experience in a user experience interaction design visual design and/or usability role.
Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows story maps and process flows.
Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Strong understanding of UX and UI design standards and best processes.
Good to have : Experience in Zeplin & Sketch
Familiarity with Web technologies (HTML CSS3)
Excellent visual design skills (layout typography color).
Ability to generate pixelperfect production assets.
Ability to think big and understand complex feature sets.
Passionate about understanding and keeping the team informed about current and emerging UX/UI trends.
