Reason For Need: Supplemental

Coverage Type: Clinical Call

Coverage Period: Feb 14 2025 Ongoing

Shifts needed to be filled:

Feb; 8a8a (24hr calls only)

Shift Schedule: 8a4p

Call Schedule: Nights; 4p8a & Weekends; 24hr call

No. of Callbacks: varies; normally only comes in for emergencies.

No. of Procedures per day: varies from 1015

Required Skill:

With IR general experience is a MUST.

Required Procedures:

Diagnostic vascular intervention Angiography: and Angioplasty: venous & arterial Therapeutic vascular intervention

Stenting (venous & arterial) Thrombolytic and Emobolization therapy Interventional (body nonneuro)

Vascular access devices/PICCS Central lines Port a cath insertions IVC Filters

TIPS Aspiration/drainage procedures Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm & Bone)

Extractions (Biliary & Renal) Abscess drainage Thoracentesis Paracentesis Myelopgraphy Pain mgmt Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram

Blood patch Joint/epidural injections Vertebroplasty Arthrograms Chest tube insertion Uterine artery embolization

Liver Y90/Tace Gastrostomy tube insertion Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion Renal fistulograms & Cryoablation

Preferred: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy

EMR: Epic

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

ND license or IMLC

ACLS

Residency/Fellowship

Must have experience w/ all required procedures

With IR general experience

With Stroke capability (preferred)
