Job Description
Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Zoho/ERP Systems)
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Optional Zoho applications or a strong background in ERP ecosystems to lead and oversee the successful delivery of dynamic and complex projects.
In this role you ll apply your project management acumen technical proficiency and ERP experience to plan execute and manage projects with precision. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers consultants designers and stakeholders to define project scope create detailed plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your deep understanding of Zoho solutions or ERP systems along with the ability to communicate effectively and mitigate risks will be instrumental in achieving project goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our clients in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to configure and implement Zoho or ERP solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders at all levels providing regular updates and status reports.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within Zoho or ERP environments.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems Zoho applications or similar platforms.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a dynamic clientfocused setting.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
