Job Description
As a Data and Insights Analyst you will dive into complex datasets to uncover trends behaviors and actionable insights that shape the customer experience. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to present compelling findings that drive impactful decisions for our clients CX programs.

Your Daily Tasks
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and behaviors.
- Drive define and lead customer insights projects.
- Uncover actionable insights from customer experience data for clients.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to present compelling insights program results and key findings.
- Foster strong relationships with Product UX and Customer teams to better understand customer journeys behaviors and products.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 2 4 years of proven experience with expertise in customerfocused data analytics and segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of statistical models using R Python or other industrystandard tools.
- Proficiency in creating highquality presentations and delivering them effectively to commercial or technical stakeholders.
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics Mathematics Economics or Computer Science.
- Experience thriving in an agile fastpaced environment with a commitment to making a meaningful impact for customers.
