Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java development and data architecture to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable secure and highperformance solutions that leverage Java technologies and manage complex data integration processing and storage requirements.
You will work closely with stakeholders business analysts developers and data engineers to develop enterprisegrade solutions that align with business goals and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Java technologies data management practices cloud architectures and system integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead the design of complex solutions using Java technologies ensuring that the architecture is scalable secure and aligned with business and technical requirements. Design endtoend solutions involving both frontend and backend systems with a focus on data integration and processing.
- Java & Data Expertise:
Leverage your strong Java development background to design and implement software solutions. Utilize your experience with data models data governance and integration patterns to architect data solutions that support highperformance data processing and analytics.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with product owners business analysts developers and other architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the seamless integration of applications data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Technology Strategy & Innovation:
Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java cloud computing big data and data management to drive innovation in system architecture. Identify opportunities for optimization automation and process improvements within the solution architecture.
- Risk Management & Technical Leadership:
Conduct risk assessments for technical solutions and provide strategies for mitigating potential risks. Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Documentation & Standards:
Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation including highlevel design documents technical specifications and operational procedures. Ensure that architectural standards and patterns are followed throughout the solution development lifecycle.
- Data Integration & Management:
Architect data flows ETL processes and data storage solutions (relational NoSQL data lakes). Design systems that integrate disparate data sources into a unified data ecosystem to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Cloud and DevOps Integration:
Design cloudbased solutions (AWS Azure GCP) and integrate DevOps practices for automated deployments monitoring and scaling of solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Over all 18 years of experience in software development with at least 46 years in a solution architect role.
- Strong experience in Java
- Experience in designing and implementing cloudbased solutions (AWS Azure GCP).
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL NoSQL relational databases data lakes etc.).
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop Spark Kafka) is a plus
