As a Conference & Events Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of events from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs coordinate logistics and ensure that every detail is executed seamlessly. Your role will involve managing event timelines vendor relationships onsite coordination and providing exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Qualifications :
Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel MGallery with
- Strong background in Events Management with the ability to coordinate and execute events seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Delphi and Opera Cloud systems with a solid understanding of event planning tools and hotel operations.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail ensuring every aspect of event planning and execution is flawless and exceeds client expectations.
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
