We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager International to join our team in Tokyo Japan. As a key member of our global sales leadership you will be responsible for driving international sales growth developing strategic partnerships and leading a highperforming sales team across multiple markets.
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners worldwide
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Create and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management
- Negotiate complex deals and contracts with international clients
- Travel internationally to attend trade shows conferences and client meetings
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred
- Indepth understanding of global market trends and international business practices
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time)
- Resultsoriented with a customerfocused approach
