*You have min. 3 years of experience within IT Operations and Support
*You have experience managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware within an Microsoft Cloud environment
*You have experience working and supporting a broad range of major cloud software (e.g. Atlassian Stack Microsoft Azure and 365 Slack Salesforce)
*You are familiar with the IT Service lifecycle and tools supporting it (e.g. Jira ITAsset Management Database Intune)
*Your work prioritization skills are very good and you can handle ambiguity easily
*You have a good understanding of business processes and can map them to IT services
*You have a cando attitude and are willing to learn new things from theory to practice with a strong attitude towards delivery
*Your communication and documentation skills are excellent.
*Friends say about you that you are a team player open curious and ambitious.
*You are fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
*You are willing and able to work from our Dresden office 23 days a week
Tasks & Responsibilities
*You contribute to smooth operational processes by providing managing and optimizing the internal IT systems landscape
*Youre actively working within the ITService Desk providing users with everything they need to do their best job
*You understand the needs and processes of our users and come up with solutions to streamline work processes by integrating and automating workflows with the help of SaaS tools
*You bring a customerfirst mindset and aim to improve the user experience of our IT services.
*You love working within a variation of cloud based tools and services and set up solutions that are cost effective and deliver value
*You break down complex technological topics and help nontechies understand possibilities and limitations
*You support projects with IT deliverables and bring us one step further in our mission to democratize robotics every day
