Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Several years of experience (at least 5) as a project manager/project leader in an agency or a comparable environment
- Indepth knowledge of web development ideally with TYPO3 as well as a basic technical understanding
- The ability to take the perspective of our customers and identify the business value of online services.
- Stress resistance a high level of personal responsibility and the ability to act calmly and solutionoriented in hectic situations
- Excellent communication skills you can convince both technically and nontechnically experienced stakeholders
- Enjoy working with developers and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with classic project structures and agile project methods (e.g. Scrum)
- An analytical structured and goaloriented way of working
- You have at least C1 German language skills
- Your profile is rounded off with the following character traits:
- You are assertive decisive and can give clear instructions in order to drive projects forward efficiently.
- At the same time you are characterized by high precision analytical skills and an eye for detail to ensure that projects are implemented technically flawlessly.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Independent management of TYPO3 projects among others from the offer to the successful golive
- Coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams made up of developers designers and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with time budget and quality specifications
- Direct contact for our customers you understand their requirements translate them into the development team and accompany the entire process
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a smooth project process through regular communication and coordination
- Problem solving and conflict management even under time pressure in order to meet deadlines and ensure project success
