Title: Sales Manager

As a leading provider of design supply installation and service solutions for highrise buildings hotels and industrial sectors the Sales Manager will drive sales for HVAC Building Management Systems (BMS) Electrical Systems Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with technical and service teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in highrise hotel and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions through regular meetings.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals negotiating terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with technical service and project teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain sales records prepare reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC Electrical BMS and Fire Fighting systems with a proven track record in highrise buildings hotels or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Electrical BMS and Fire Fighting technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficient in CRM software Microsoft Office and analytical problemsolving.
- Fluent in Khmer and English with strong organizational and time management skills.
