Job Description
Position: Sales Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager
Industry: Mining
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Manage and mentor the sales team providing guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing operations and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in logistics management or operations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Chinese and English
Working Hours:
- Mon Fri: 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:30 am 12:00 pm
Salary:
