Job Overview:
The Ruby on Rails Manager will lead a team of developers to design and implement web applications ensuring project goals are met. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle manage team performance and collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications
Manage and mentor a team of developers providing guidance on best practices
Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of highquality code
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers and designers
Ensure applications meet performance security and scalability requirements
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technology advancements
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects
Strong knowledge of fullstack development (backend and frontend)
Experience with cloud services (AWS Heroku etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
