As a Senior Business Analyst you will lead and oversee business analysis activities playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs analyze requirements and recommend innovative solutions to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes market trends and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead requirements elicitation sessions workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business requirements.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose strategic solutions including business process changes system enhancements or new technology implementations to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from data and provide actionable recommendations to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with proposed solutions and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Documentation and Communication: Prepare highquality documentation including business requirement documents functional specifications and process maps to communicate project requirements and solutions effectively.
- Project Leadership: Lead crossfunctional project teams through the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Change Management: Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes systems or initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics soliciting feedback and implementing process enhancements to optimize business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems Computer Science or related field. Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated progression in responsibilities and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects from requirements gathering to implementation in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies tools and techniques such as requirements elicitation process modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g. JIRA Microsoft Project) is desirable.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP PMIPBA) is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of learning and development within the business analysis practice.
