Job Overview:

The Senior Creative Strategist (Copywriter) will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies across various channels. This role requires a combination of strong copywriting skills strategic thinking and the ability to inspire and lead a team of writers and creatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content that aligns with brand objectives and drives engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creative Strategy Development: Lead the development of creative content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Write and oversee highquality engaging copy for various formats including digital campaigns social media email marketing and print materials.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior copywriters and creative team members providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and product to develop integrated campaigns and content that meet business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content development and creative direction.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns using insights to refine and enhance future initiatives.
  • Presentation and Pitching: Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications English or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
