Gardenia Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The role involves maintaining mechanical electrical and plumbing systems performing preventive and corrective maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems (e.g. HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety).
- Perform troubleshooting repairs and adjustments to facility equipment.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP ISO GMP and other safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tools spare parts and equipment.
- Assist in the coordination of facility improvement projects and contractor management.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems electrical systems and fire safety.
- Familiarity with HACCP GMP ISO standards and food safety compliance is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and extend working hours when needed.
