Job Description
The Facilities Engineer manage the day to day operations of the building for commercial office and/or residential. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment PM programs
- Assist the Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure the safety of residents and property
- Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project
- Implement Energy conservation and costsavings measures while monitoring utility consumption of common areas
Job Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- With at least 23 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance of retail or mixused commercial center
- Basic accounting skills can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
- Technical skills in design and installation
- Knowledge in construction/ maintenance
- Customer orientation
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
- Negotiating skills
- Good both oral and written communications
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
- Shifting schedules depending on project requirements
- Willing to work in Alabang Muntinlupa City
