- LOCATION: Charlotte North Carolina
- WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Hybrid

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead complex tax planning strategies resulting in significant tax savings for clients
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business owners and executives
- Drive innovation in tax compliance processes and technology adoption
- Mentor and develop junior staff members fostering their career growth
- Shape the firms tax services offerings and best practices
- Within 6 months manage a portfolio of key client relationships worth $500K in annual revenue
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of providing proactive tax planning solutions for closelyheld businesses
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams
- Active CPA license with 6 years of public accounting tax experience
- Expertise in partnerships Scorps Ccorps and highnetworth individual taxation
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
- Commitment to excellence and continuous professional development
