Cross Border Talents is looking for native or fluent French speakers to join an exciting project in the EHealth Platform sector for our partner in Aveiro Portugal. Location: Aveiro Portugal
Start Date: January 15 2025
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 05:30 PM (rotational shifts)
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Workplace: OnSite
Contract Type: Permanent (3month trial period)
Your Role in the Team:
As a Frenchspeaking Customer Service Specialist youll be the first point of contact for users of a cuttingedge EHealth platform. Your mission will be to provide expert guidance answer questions and ensure users have a seamless experience on the platform.
What You Bring:
- Language Proficiency: French at a native or C2 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service.
- Tech Savviness: Comfort navigating digital platforms and troubleshooting.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude and a commitment to quality.
Your Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 830 EUR (14 payments/year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 140 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
- Meal Allowance: Daily meal allowance
- Transport Allowance: Monthly transport stipend
- Health Insurance:
- Coverage starting on Day 1 (small contribution required).
- Free after 6 months of service.
