About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in developing and securing server modules for Network Management Systems (NMS). This role requires handson experience with Python serverside development and a deep understanding of security protocols and RADIUS authentication. If you thrive in building scalable secure systems and enjoy working on challenging NMS projects we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect develop and optimize serverside modules for NMS platforms ensuring security scalability and performance.
Implement and integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using RADIUS and other security protocols (e.g. TLS IPsec OAuth).
Design and maintain APIs and protocol interfaces including SNMP NETCONF REST and gRPC.
Ensure secure data storage and transmission implementing encryption standards and best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate requirements into robust secure technical solutions.
Handle largescale data operations working with databases like MongoDB and ClickHouse to manage timeseries and con guration data.
Conduct code reviews perform security audits and implement measures to mitigate vulnerabilities in the NMS system.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex security networking and performance issues.
Skills and Quali cations:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related eld.
Experience: 48 years of handson software development experience with a strong focus on Python and serverside development.
Pro ciency in implementing security protocols such as RADIUS TLS IPsec and OAuth in distributed systems.
Solid understanding of NMS protocols (SNMP NETCONF TR069) and networking concepts (TCP/IP VLANs rewalls).
Experience with databases including MongoDB ClickHouse and other timeseries solutions.
Knowledge of messaging systems like MQTT Kafka or similar technologies.
Expertise in containerization (Docker) orchestration (Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with secure coding practices vulnerability assessment tools and security testing frameworks.
Handson experience with Linux environments shell scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with identity and access management systems such as Keycloak.
Familiarity with cloudnative security principles and tools.
Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus Grafana) and monitoring frameworks.
Understanding of DevOps principles and automation.
