Superintendent Multifamily Residential Construction
Location: Atlanta GA

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction operations and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Develop and manage project timelines making sure key milestones are met and the project stays on track.
- Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and other project stakeholders to ensure work is completed to quality standards.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations onsite.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
- Address any onsite issues and find solutions to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
- Communicate regularly with clients architects and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in multifamily residential construction as a Superintendent.
- Strong understanding of construction processes techniques and building codes.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage projects in a fastpaced environment.
