Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive organizational excellence by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Lead endtoend immigration case management ensuring seamless processes for international talent acquisition and retention
- Design and execute compensation strategies that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Build and maintain a highperformance culture through effective performance management programs
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR matters fostering positive employee relations
- Create and implement scalable HR processes that support the companys rapid growth
- Drive datainformed decisionmaking through HR metrics analysis and strategic reporting
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations in fastpaced environments
- Experience managing complex immigration cases including H1B and PERM processes
- Expertise in compensation analysis and benefits administration
- Strong background in performance management and employee development
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- Bachelors degree in relevant field with SHRMCP or PHR certification (preferred)
- 510 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles
- Technology industry experience preferred
