  • POSITION: Human Resources Manager
  • LOCATION: Dallas Texas
  • WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Hybrid (TuesdayThursday in office)

Your Impact & Contributions:

  • Drive organizational excellence by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Lead endtoend immigration case management ensuring seamless processes for international talent acquisition and retention
  • Design and execute compensation strategies that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Build and maintain a highperformance culture through effective performance management programs
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR matters fostering positive employee relations
  • Create and implement scalable HR processes that support the companys rapid growth
  • Drive datainformed decisionmaking through HR metrics analysis and strategic reporting

What You Bring to Succeed:

  • Track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations in fastpaced environments
  • Experience managing complex immigration cases including H1B and PERM processes
  • Expertise in compensation analysis and benefits administration
  • Strong background in performance management and employee development
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field with SHRMCP or PHR certification (preferred)
  • 510 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles
  • Technology industry experience preferred
