In a nutshell

Our People team strives to revolutionize human resources in the same way that Picnic has shaking up grocery delivery. Picnics central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam Paris and Dusseldorf. In the role of People Intern youre part of the People team at our Amsterdam office. The team consists of People Business Partners and other People Associates. Youll be part of our International People central team working on a wide range of l People related topics. Being a true team player youre constantly working with the rest of the People team and other colleagues within the whole of Picnic. You are ready to take on diverse challenges curious and driven to go above and beyond and showing an anything is possible attitude!

What youll do

• Youll have full ownership of a project within the People team. Potentially:
  • Mentorship Program in Tech
  • Research outofoffice support structure
• Youll participate in various people related projects
• Youll support our Tech onboarding program
• Youll host onboarding and other events
• Youll prepare HR documents (e.g. welcome letters feedback reports)
• Youll support HR processes (e.g. performance management)

About you

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated MSc student in HR Business Management Communication Science Psychology or related studies.
• Ambitious and excited to grow your career in Human Resources.
• A natural communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.
• An eye for detail and eager to make an impact.
• Driven by a proactive mindset and enthusiastic about turning ideas into action.
• You are an energetic and confident team player with a positive mindset.
