Job Description
An innovative company in opensource cryptography is looking for a Support Engineer to join their Key Management Services (KMS) team. The tech stack includes Rust AWS and threshold protocols (MPC).
Tasks
- Respond to technical support requests from clients and partners. The role is handsoff.
- Assist with bug fixes and develop new features.
- Define effective troubleshooting processes.
- Create and update helpful documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Rust and AWS.
- Knowledge of threshold protocols (MPC) and blockchain.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
