Job Description
Our client is an international venture capital and private equity firm based in Singapore. Successful candidate should be one whos experienced and capable to work with a group of crossregion innovative entrepreneurs and top investment professionals from Indonesia Singapore Silicon Valley and China.
- Work with fund administrators for fund financials reporting capital statements tax filing compliance documentation certification and NAV/IRR calculation.
- Prepare adhoc investor and investment entities information.
- Support fundraising and investor onboarding process.
- Responsible for quarterly investor updates and letters.
- Liaise with Monetary Authority of Singapore on compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree holder in Finance or Accounting
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred
- Advanced administration of investment banking PE/VC fund management or MNCs. Fund administration experience from third party service providers focused on compliance and administration services for investors strongly preferred.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good time management skills and reliable personality
- Strong MS Office skills e.g. Excel Advanced & PowerPoint Presentation
