Job Description
Our client is a leading Logistics Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain company based in Singapore and is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support its operation.
Job description:
- Customer service department assistance reporting to team manager
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently are required
- Must be passionate about learning and willing to accept the task given
- Knowledge of air and sea logistics will be advantageous.
- To take care of all air and sea bookings
- To liaise with air and sea carrier
- To liaise with customers
- To manage all work related to sea documentation such as bookings bl etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum gce o level
- Able to write and speak good english
- Able to use and handle microsoft office and all emails
- Residing at the east zone like tampines bedok pasir ris hougang and sengkang
Additional Information:
- 5 days week from 0900 to 1800 hours
- Bus service: 9 from bedok interchange 19 from tampines interchange and 89 from hougang/sengkang via pasir ris interchange
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
- Salary range: 2k to 2.5k
