Requirements:
- With Healthcare /Medical Industry experience
- Knowledge in Insurance process and reimbursement
- Good in Customer Service
Job Responsibilities
- Greets patients and visitors determines nature/ purpose of visit and directs them accordingly and answers queries on telephone.
- Assist patient in arranging appointments.
- Process billing & insurance reimbursement
